1212 Gaming Origins
A few years ago, Slick just oddly started noticing the number “1212” pop up on clocks and signs. It was weird. It reminded him of the old days, in his first operational assignment in 12th Fighter Squadron flying the F-15C Eagle. This is where Guido and Slick met and became friends in 1996. We were both steely eyed young fighter pilots who shared a nerdly affinity for gaming.
Guido is a professional gamer who regularly streams on Twitch in the World of Tanks community. Slick was getting back into software development and had a thought one day. “Maybe Guido and I need to develop games and call it ‘1212 Gaming’.”
So, They started a routine to meet once a week for one hour to see what they could create in their free time and now look forward to Tuesdays.
